Here is a tea blend which I use regularly and experience many benefits for my entire system. 

A blend of herbs which I find to help my body and mind adapt to a wide range of different stress factors, be they mental, physical, or emotional, these herbs are here to help me out. 

I’ve noticed improvements in my energy levels, digestive and liver function, mental clarity, sleep patterns, ability to deal with stressful situations, reduced inflammation, and immune system resilience through regular use of this tea blend.


All Organic Ingredients:

  • Reishi Mushroom
  • Marshmallow Root
  • Ginger Root
  • Licorice Root


When I use this tea regularly throughout cold and flu season, I never catch the bugs going around.  My system is functioning at a higher level. 

I really enjoy the ginger in this blend, as it brings a nice pungent warming quality to the tea, stimulating my digestion and circulation, while also helping the other herbs move through my system to where they can do the most good.  Having this catalyst really seems to make the blend of herbs work well together. 

I have learned some really amazing things about the powers of the reishi mushroom and the functions it preforms on my body and mind.  I highly recommend doing some further research on this wonderful herb. 

I suspect there is more going on with these herbs and my body than I can fully experience at this time.  So much good stuff! 

To make best use of this herbal tea blend, I like to make a large amount of it at one time so I have it available all day long to sip on. 

The herbal goodness in this blend is best extracted by simmering the blend in water on the stove top for some time, rather than simply pouring water over them like normally steeping tea.  I make about a good liter at a time with 3-4 teaspoons of herbs in the pot with water.  Bring the mixture to a light boil and simmer for at least 15 minutes.  I usually simmer for about half an hour and then let the mixture sit on the stove in the pot for a while. 

I often use this as the liquid base for making smoothies.  It adds a great extra level of goodness to a smoothie. 

I also take the blend with me and sip on it throughout the day, especially around meat times, to build my digestive fire and after physical exertion. 

I find these herbs to greatly help my body recover from the physical stress of hard work and exercise.  If I don’t end of drinking all that I made in a day, I refrigerate the rest and use it the next day.  This is a super blend of super herbs I really have noticed help from.
